Smoking, vaping, or other prohibited activities indoors will be subject to a fine, cleaning fee or both of no less than $250 plus costs of remediation and impacted bookings. Pet policy: One dog, <25lbs, hypoallergenic Guests agree to House Rules in their entirety upon booking.

Quiet Hours: Please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Be mindful of neighbors and keep outdoor noise to a minimum. No Parties or Events: Gatherings that disrupt the neighborhood are strictly prohibited. Smoke-Free Environment: All smoking—including cigarettes, vaping, and marijuana—is strictly forbidden inside the home. (Smoking is permitted only in the designated outdoor area). 🐾 Dog Policy: We love furry friends, but to keep our home allergen-free for all guests, we have strict rules regarding pets: Pre-Approval Only: You must get pre-approval from the host prior to booking if you plan to bring a dog. Limit: Maximum of one (1) dog per stay. Weight Limit: Your dog must weigh under 25 pounds. Hypoallergenic Only: We only accept low-shedding, hypoallergenic breeds. House Rules for Your Pup: Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or beds at any time. Guests must clean up all pet waste from the yard immediately.
